The Management has the right to:

  • make alterations to the cast or advertised arrangements
  • refuse entry
  • admit latecomers at the discretion of the House Manager
  • prohibit the use of mobile phones, tablets, cameras and recording equipment
  • exchange tickets for another performance of the same show subject to availability, 48 hours’ notice and an administration fee of £1
  • operate a non-refund policy, with the exception of returns caused by events related to the coronavirus crisis, including customers required to isolate and customers experiencing symptoms*. 
  • void tickets sold on profit/ or personal/commercial gain

* Due to the coronavirus crisis we have updated our terms and conditions. Bookers may now return tickets up to 24 hours before a performance and receive a refund or exchange if they are experiencing symptoms or have been asked to isolate. Within 24 hours of the performance bookers can exchange tickets to credit for these reasons.
