Oldham’s popular Festival of Happiness returns next month

From show-stopping outdoor performances and banging dhol beats to family friendly workshops and live music, there's something for everyone at Khushi Festival.

Presented in partnership with Women's CHAl project and Oldham Coliseum Theatre, and supported by Oldham Council, Khushi's celebration of South Asian talent will be taking over Oldham for a weekend of joy, laughter and creativity this August.

Khushi in the Community

A highlight of this year's festival is our inspiring series of co-commissions, bringing together talented artists and local community groups in creative collaboration. We're thrilled to be partnering with WestOldham CHAI Project, Yuvanis Foundation, Saheli Women’s Group and Broadfield CHAI Project.

The amazing artists selected to work with these groups include Crooked Arts, Sarah Yaseen, Fajar Kayani, and Punam Ramchurn.
