We're casting a vibrant Young Person Ensemble to take part in a brand-new, festive, and fearless production of A Christmas Fair by Jim Cartwright, directed by Jimmy Fairhurst. You’ll be woven throughout the story, bringing energy, atmosphere, and magic to this bold reimagining of Christmas in Oldham.


Auditions:
Friday 7th November from 4:30pm
At Oldham Theatre Workshop
(Address - JR Clynes Building, Greaves Street, Oldham , OL1 1AL)

The auditions would be workshop-style, and you will not be required to prepare anything in advance. Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move around in.


Rehearsals & Performances:
You must be available from 17th November - 2nd January.

The exact times and dates for the rehearsals aren't confirmed yet, and more information will come out soon. Timings will be not overlap with academic schedules. There will be more information about rehearsal schedules on the day of the audition, so we would advise to apply for the audition first.

Performance dates can be found here. If selected, the young people cast will be divided into 3 teams, and will perform on rotation during the run. In the application form, there is a section that asks for any unavailable dates which you could fill in if any.

 

No experience necessary - just enthusiasm, talent, and commitment!
