Meet the Cast
Each Coliseum production includes the opportunity to meet the cast after the show in a friendly and informal conversation taking place in the auditorium. Here you can learn more about the production process from the creative team and actors.
Meet the Cast events are free to those with a ticket for the following performances:
Gaslight: Thursday 9 February 2017, after the 7.30pm performance
Meat Pie, Sausage Roll: Thursday 9 March 2017, after the 7.30pm performance
Spring and Port Wine: Thursday 20 April 2017, after the 7.30pm performance
Hard Times: Thursday 25 May 2017, after the 7.30pm performance
The Father: Thursday 22 June 2017, after the 7.30pm performance

Full Circle is a friendly and welcoming group for anyone over 50 who’s interested in trying new things and meeting new people.
Full Circle meet on a fortnightly basis during term time for talks and activities relating to the theatre, the arts and the local area. Each session starts off with a talk, followed by two workshops, ranging from dance sessions to play readings to craft sessions and drama.
Sessions run from 10:30am – 2:15pm on the following dates:

This is a friendly play reading group exploring a range of submitted texts, looking at potential work for our Studio and Main House. In this group, you’ll find more about the commissioning process in a theatre and you can listen or be part of the reading.
This group runs fortnightly from Wednesday 25 January 2017 for six sessions, £15 per term. Try the first session for £3.

This is a writing group over five sessions for everyone aged 18+, including absolute beginners, led by playwright Cathy Crabb. The session shares practical tips, techniques and exercises to help you develop your ideas into a rehearsed reading. If you’re aged between 16 – 19 please see Opportunity for Young Writers.
Runs fortnightly from Wednesday 18 January 2017, £15 per term. Try the first session for £3.
As well as writing exercises, the term will be focused towards producing a play in collaboration which will culminate in a rehearsed reading of the play. You can come to just one session and be part of the process or you attend the whole term and have more involvement in the final piece. The theme and story will be discussed at the first session.
